If only it were that simple. I’d attribute it to lack of media literacy, lack of critical thinking, tribalism, propaganda saturation of the media, lack of proper education and understanding of the world we live in.
I’d give a lot of credit to being in office during an inflationary period resulting from COVID-19, for the last Presidential election.

The Left appropriated the term “woke” from black jive talk of 90 years ago. That’s a smug term and it definitely is a major gripe by MAGA against the Left.
It would have been better to use the term compassionate. I know it is four syllables but the Right couldn’t ridicule compassion.
Have you been paying attention to what’s going on with the right? They’re literally framing empathy as a sin now.

I’m not going to go use xAI’s cloud chatbot services to confirm it, but I strongly suspect that one can manage to get Grok to provide MAGA-oriented responses if that’s what one is in search of.
To tell it to alter its responses, they would need to recognize that what they expect is incorrect. (Assuming we trust LMMs to tell us the truth, which we shouldn’t, but I think that’s orthogonal to this.)
Nah, I structured that input specifically to avoid that. All they need to believe is that Marjorie Taylor Greene has a correct view of things.
