Recognise that your feelings of guilt are signs of maturity and growth. If you looked back with no issue then I would be concerned. But that’s not the case.
Try not to dwell on things that happened a decade+ ago. You’re not the same person. Learn from it and move on.
I knew right away, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some people didn’t get the reference. Not everyone is as chronically online and/or aware of political discourse as you or I may be.
Either medication, or getting a job working with the general public.
Edit: the job acting basically as exposure therapy helped more but I may not have been able to get it if I hadn’t started meds.
