No billionaire has done any good for humanity. Yes, even Bill Gates has not done a whole lot of good. He was caught red-handed donating to charities with conflicting missions with each other. Billionaires should not exist.

I would say none of them really. They probably cause more harm than good overall, by lobbying governments and maneuvering companies and stock markets in order to keep themselves on the top and everyone else on the bottom.
Sure a few will throw a few crumbs here and there for PR purposes but I wouldn’t say any billionaire is “good”.

In a capitalist system, billions are made by exploiting people. Therefore bad stuff done is directly proportional to wealth accumulated.

Probs gonna be bill gates. Dude does so much humanitarian stuff with his money. He basically eradicated diseases from places like africa.
Edit: So much complete negativity. Im sure he has plenty of problematic issues. The point still stand he has likely done more for “humanity” than any ither billionaire
Gates is a phony and as scummy as the rest. Hell, his wife basically made him donate as much as he did. Don’t forget he kept company with people on the island.
He’d be doing a lot more good if all that money went to taxes and was spent on actual social programs, instead of him playing government.
He pushes heavily for intellectual property rights on medicines. Which really fucked over poorer countries trying to get covid vaccines.
Even still he is probably doing the most. Whilst still being a bastard.
I don’t have the answer, maybe revenue sharing or something, but it’s incredibly expensive to develop a drug, and a lot of drugs fail. The cost of drugs that coke to market include the cost all of the ones that don’t.
