What on earth are you planning
Do we really want to know?
You should not do whatever youβre thinking of doing.
Iβm not solid on it, but I think it changes into ammonia. IIRC aged urine has been used for a variety of things in history from leather working to medcine.
I heard you can use it to make dye stick to cloth better. And maybe for soap too.
Fresh urine
is sterile, buthas everything bacteria needs to thrive once they arrive. And a week of room temperature is exactly how they prefer their new home. Youβre basically handing them a 5-star hotel with luxury meals included.Fresh piss may be gross, but room temperature aged piss will definitely make you sick.
EDIT: Turns out itβs not sterile. But at least itβs not 90% bacteria by weight
Urine being sterile is an urban myth. You might want to look this up before spreading misinformation.

"Take home message.
Adult human urine is not sterile. The resident bacterial community may contribute to urinary health and disease in undiscovered ways. Bacterial genomic sequencing and expanded urine cultures techniques are major complementary tools for scientific exploration in urologic research."
Noted. Edited post accordingly, but my point still stands.
This is not how you make toilet hooch.
Weirdly specific question, OP.
I kind of feel like anything gets grosser as it ages. IIRC urine also start to break down and have more ammonia, which has a smell.
Only one way to find out! YOLO!
Has there been any evaporation? I.e. a condensing or concentration of the, uh, non-H2O properties of the liquid?
No. Itβs a sealed jug. Airtight
