Yes I’m serious, pagans and other general practitioners are encouraged to respond as well.

I have a community here called !tvc@lemmy.ml It’s only got a few posts as of now, I hope to add more soon but time is like money and I have neither of either.

Thelemite here—first off, I want to see an active community, which means allowing for a wide variety of posts.

That said, I would prefer it if we stayed away from spooky drawings or witchy selfies so that the content can remain focused on actual occult practices.

I think a blend of videos, books, personal experiences, and magickal experiments would be a good mix of content for a Lemmy occult community. It would be cool if it was as helpful and educational as the linux communities are.

I’ll echo what another commenter mentioned, I would want the community to be focused on practitioners helping other practitioners, and less just a “witch-y culture vibe” place. It might be a little weird, depending on how wide the net is and how many different belief systems show up, but I think a book club could be a good idea! Might help in attracting the right eyeballs to the community quickly, at the very least.

I don’t know anything about this but I’m going to bookmark this one to see where it goes. I’m curious.

Spells, curses and summoning rituals.

Hey there, your link isn’t working because the exclamation point is connected to the previous word. Yes, I know how to get there otherwise, but it might help others.

Oh, thank you, I fixed it!

I just want one that’s active

More black cats!

There’s also a chance I’ll add a community on Matrix or similar if people are interested. Honestly, I just wanted to contribute something, and try to do something better than what Reddit had to offer. (Which was a whole load in and of itself)

I would have interest in seeing an occult community on Lemmy.

2 things that I’d like to see.
