Lots. Check at this site for Invidious instances. I’m currently using FreeTube, so it sets my instance randomly if I need to use the Invidious API, although you can fix an instance in the settings. Highly recommend FreeTube for non-smartphone computers, since you can use Sponsorblock and (as of a few days ago!) DeArrow to de-sensationalize obnoxious titles.
The last one FreeTube used was inv.in.projectsegfau.lt. On browsers, I typically use invidious.no-logs.com or inv.tux.pizza. Save for PRISM concerns (where is it hosted, do you trust that country and their allies’ intelligence services) and some instances that disable registration (which means no subscriptions or watch history — slight negative for me, but huge plus for people who need to be more careful), all the public instances are basically interchangeable and aware of each other. Furthermore, there’s a button below each video that sends you to either another instance or to a list of instances with the video’s information baked in. This is great for when a particular instance doesn’t load a video for some reason.
I have a list just in case one goes down, but my usual is https://invidious.kavin.rocks/
https://yewtu.be seems to still be working.
https://piped.video still works for me most of the time. Occasionally it’ll fail to load any videos, but usually it’s fine.
I think any piped instance (but piped.video for sure) has an instance list at the bottom of the page, you could find good ones there too.
https://piped.projectsegfau.lt/trending seems okay
