Nintendo, nuking every little fan project in an instant but taking its time protecting other IPs on their shop… figures….
Why would they protect their competitor’s IP without formal request?
Because it’s flagrant, and there’s a screening process before something gets published on the shop.
Have you ever browsed the Nintendo eShop? It’s like 50% shovelware.
If they have a screening process for their shop, it’s absolute trash.

This game should have been removed by nintendo. It is disgusting that this is allowed
So blatant knock-off with serial numbers filed off and shovelware.
They should have left it up to punish those that bought this instead of the actual last of us game
