May I ask what is special about cobalt in B12 specifically? I’ve come to realize there are numerous inorganic substances inside my body like copper, gold etc. so cobalt by itself doesn’t really stand out anymore.

As a person who was born liking music, I indeed find it too bizarre to believe to be true.

I suppose it is for the best, but nonetheless I find it uncomfortable how our bodies have the ability to manipulate our brains’ memories and our consciousness residing in the same place cannot do anything about it

I wish we could test this out with only simple apparatus. Unfortunately the common people do not have access to satellites or nonstop bullet trains.

Blows my mind how this by its bare bones is just simple statistics and combinations but is a totally different story when described in English. I’m sure there are similar facts like this that are mathematically logical but to a layman is confusing and inconceivable.

Heard about it. I initially thought the universe should exist regardless whether someone is there to observe it or not…

…but then I also studied quantum mechanics, so I am not really in a position to say anything…

What would happen if you were to put both of yours legs in these westernmost and the easternmost parts?

I’ve seen this fact somewhere before, but I still am unable to grasp it in my mind

What’s even more fascinating is that most of the stars we see in the sky are afterimages of primitive stars that died out long ago yet they shine as bright as the stars alive today

I often used to look at it as a child, however the adults wouldn’t let me. I knew there was some ulterior motive behind it.

What are some commonly known facts that are too bizarre for you to believe to be true?
For me it is the fact that our blood contains iron. I earlier used to believe the word stood for some 'organic element' since I couldn't accept we had metal flowing through our supposed carbon-based bodies, till I realized that is where the taste and smell of blood comes from.

Looking for games with unique core mechanics
I'm requesting for recommendations for games that stand out from the rest in their genre, and not in the sense of being the best game in that niche but actually bringing something new and innovative to the table. I've not had much experience in gaming, but I have a few games to give you a hint on what I am talking about: - Superhot: Time only moves when you do - Viewfinder: Convert 2D pictures seamlessly into interactive 3D environments - Superliminal: Change size of objects by working with perception - Portal: Portals - Scribblenauts: Summon objects by describing them in a notepad I am not focused on the story, no. of hours of playtime, date of release or its popularity. It just needs to be playable and be enjoyable (and be available in PC).

What type of YouTube videos have high replay value and are worth downloading?
Seeing how there are official and unofficial options to download videos from YouTube, I wondered why downloading of videos was endorsed in the first place, I have downloaded videos in the past, but it was due to some project work. I haven't really downloaded a video for entertainment, education or any personal reason at all. I feel like the type of stuff I watch on YouTube are just for one time consumption and are not meant to be replayed. Is there some sort of content, like a category of videos or videos from a specific creator that I can download and watch in my device offline any number of times and still not get bored with it?
