That way you wouldn’t have to choose between charging your phone, listening to your game without lag and in privacy, or carry a dongle to try doing both things at the same time.

To be frank, I can’t. There is a compounded problem in my case - my only major social contact is my mother who’s wound up being rather controlling. My father left, my sister is reducing contact with her, my family on my father’s side has moved away from us for obvious reasons, and I never really had much of a friendship in school, or high school, or college for that matter. That leaves me woefully unaware of how to interact in an existing social circle without feeling like a burden to them, so I basically live as detached from society as possible.

Or at the very least, add a way to sideload DRM-free games. That’s why I love my PS3, WiiU and even my Switch to an extent.

My socially isolated self rarely if ever needs to take a single picture. I’m doing perfectly fine with the base camera that my old devices came with.

I understand why is the device so expensive (they wanted to make sure that everyone in the manufacture pipeline is properly paid, and that the materials are ethically sourced as much as humanly possible) but yeah, unless I can be absolutely sure that I won’t be changing devices in the next five years, I don’t think I’ll be able to afford this one.

I have a list of subscriptions, a rather large one at that. One good day I decided to start trimming the fat and remove accounts I didn’t quite follow, or that made me lose too much time watching them. No need for recommendations if I already have like a thousand channels followed

You can find me on several sites I’m self-hosting: Firefish, Peertube, Matrix, Lemmy, Email… Besides of that I’m still stuck with Youtube, and to an even lesser extent with Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and Whatsapp. Never bothered to make an account on Tiktok, and as for Instagram I only have one by pivot from my FB account, I follow nobody there and only log in to view the occasional account that posts only there.
