We ordered it from Costco. They have a great return policy and will pick up things they delivered if you want to return them. Plan was to buy a mid price memory foam mattress and then, if needed, keep exchanging it for the next one up until we hit our budget limit. The first one was perfect! It’s been 9 years. I don’t know how long beds are supposed to last. We rotate it periodically and it’s still crazy comfortable.

Most days my husband. Some days my kids. Some moments my job. Every night i love how comfortable my bed is.

It’s a journey and you don’t have to fit into anyone else’s box. Anyone with a firm, unwavering belief has really just given up exploring.

We go pretty frequently (about every other month), but less since covid and now mostly nationally touring bands. My husband often buys a T-shirt. We also like to go see live music when we’re on vacation. My son toured with a band for a couple of years. I know it’s hard when they’re not making much money- sleeping in the van (or worse) and eating what the venue will give them. How about you?

The good - Helped my son move, which sucks because i have a bad shoulder from a bike accident recently, but there were 5 of us (family) so i was able to stick to lighter items. Was nice to spend time together and support him. He’s been with us for the last 3 months and i know he’s ready to get back into his own space. Exhausted and sore, but feeling good for him. Also, have some restaurant gift cards, so I’m hoping for a cheap date tomorrow.

The bad - i have a cat that will not use a litter box and cleaning the floor beside/under the box every fucking day is making me crazy! Also, have a bunch of work to get done before Monday because I’ve been slacking.

Invite her for a coffee or soda or dog walk or whatever. Talk to her for awhile. Then tell her how much you enjoyed spending that time with her.

We should have a “what should i cook tonight?” community! Deciding what to make is the hardest part!

We have this discussion in my house a lot. My husband built litter boxes for our cats. They would have to sell for $1000 to earn back the material cost and $5/hr.

We are on vacation and did a walking tour of the city tonight. It was so fun! The guide is doing this job while he’s in college. O was really impressed with the facts he knew and how easily he was able to connect with strangers. Interesting and good practice for future interviews.
