I do drawings. I like some anime, some games, most cars, some techy things, archery, writing, and mostly just browsing kbin.

Broke out the old stick and started playing blazblue centralfiction again

I would 100000% be a samurai because I’m 1000000% a weeb

Are you throwing shade at Chicago thin or deep dish?

I stopped entirely. When I draw a fanart of something I’ll post it, but I haven’t drawn any fanart recently.

It was pretty bad. Like, people were flying instead of walking. The same people repeated over and over. Going into any populated areas sounded like an acid trip of echoing voices. The floor usually disappeared. My weapons were invisible. List goes on

Seeing that cover brought me back to the past at Toys R Us going to get my Sega Genesis

I will have to think about what to add for a while, but I’m definitely going to try to participate !

This is a bit off topic but I would like to plug the magazine I just was inspired by the subreddit of the same name - The Character Forge https://kbin.social/m/Characterforge

A place to discuss, show off, and help create original characters for your work of fiction! If you’ve got even short stories, would love to hear about your original characters.

I would welcome them to mod my community with open arms ! I hope we see some of them come over

I understand this only because my husband still is looking at reddit. I had to have a talk with him as to why I am changing platforms, the point of not visiting a site during a protest, and how Lemmys and kbin need time to grow. He was looking at news and he said “well your site doesn’t have anything! It’s basically empty where am I supposed to go for discussion!”

I told him he needs to either just view the news sites directly and contribute, or just try to curb usage and allow the sites time to grow. Use your phones native news app for now, whatever it takes to not add to Reddits ad revenue and user count.

With all the (rightful) hate Elon and the Twitter debacle had on Reddit, it’s a super good look to show your admiration of the very person your platform hated

Yep it was always nice to discover the small and knowledgeable userbase. I hope we get more here
