I have found that setting goals is the first step. You need a reason to do something. If you are working out, your motivation to do so comes from a reason, that reason is most likely because you want to build muscle or you want to lose weight. The motivation to do anything comes from you setting a goal. What do you want to achieve? Once you set that goal, you have to stick with in no matter how hard it gets. Your goal is to build muscle and you are motivated to workout. You start working out but you donβt see any results even after three long months. That is when most people quit. But that is when you should keep your head in the game, remember your goal and why you started this journey, and keep pushing; whether it is just that you have to continue working out for longer, or you need to try new workouts. Eventually you will reach your goal. I canβt tell you how long it will take, but I can tell you if you stick with it, eventually, you will reach it, and you will be proud of yourself, and become more confident than ever.
Theoretically speaking, eventually, yes. If you have millions, you might even need billions of balloons, stacked on top of each other, the force of gravity on all those millions of balloons should equate to a weight that is high enough to pop the balloons at the bottom.
