Your “friend” is an idiot. You should not share anything personal with her. This situation is NOT normal. Take a deep breath. Sit down and write out what’s going on between you and your dad. See if your state has a CPS website and find out what the process is for reporting abuse (and find out what they consider to BE abuse. I’m pretty sure deliberate starvation qualifies.).
Do you have any friends outside the home you trust and can stay with, short term? Cops aren’t going to be useful, here. They’re not CPS or mental health caregivers and they’ll probably just take you back home to your dad.
This. Especially these morons rapping about “the Man keeping them down” when they’re literally working FOR “the man” and they’re covered in gold bling. Congratulations. You just made a bunch of rich, white record executives even richer, while doing NOTHING for the people you claim to care about.
I think the questions are from bots, testing topics to farm controversy or outrage points. The greater the number of replies, the more likely the topic will be used in a future marketing or agit-prop campaign.
So you get these really stupid, controversial, psychopathic takes that no one should be taking seriously. The point of the exercise is the emotional reaction, the outrage, not getting a serious answer.
I recommend Keepass. It’s freeware, is available on all platforms and supports biometrics (fingerprints, etc) on Android devices. It also encrypts the password file on your device, so you can keep a copy of that file on a cloud service without worrying if that service really respects your privacy or not.
I like the SearX search engine. It gives old-school, relevant search results, not google ranked ones.
It’s also spread out over many separate instances, so you can pick the one that best suits your search needs:
Yup. This won’t be used just to serve up unblocksble ads. If you’re signed in to Google, this DRM will be used to track you, as well. VPNs will be useless because the tracking won’t be done through your IP address, but through your browser, identified by DRM and tied to your Google account.
That’s what this is really about. Knowing who you are, where you are, where you go, what you see, what you buy, who you associate with. Forcing you to watch ads is just the icing on the cake.
One of the ways to avoid a copyright strike is if you copy other people’s work, then what you upload must be “transformative” i.e. you have alter that source content significantly. Satire / Parody are two ways to do that.
But the cheapest, laziest way to “transform” content is to do reaction videos to it. And some people don’t even do that. They’ll just sit there, eating their dinner . . . occasionally glancing at the screen and going, “huh.” Lazy jerks.
