If you upgrade from essential to premium then you only pay the price difference for the time left on your essential. So only one end date.

What’s the difference? If I block a domain, none of the communities or posts from the instance hosted on that domain show up, right?

When I posted a few weeks back about doing the same, someone pointed out that feddit.de (the biggest German instance) also hosts quite a few English language communities. So, I just blocked the few big German communities that kept popping up in my feed instead. Maybe consider doing the same?

You can block users, communities and even complete instances on kbin.

Yeah, but did it do well on the specific examples from the Winograd paper? Because ChatGPT probably just learned those since they are well known and oft repeatef. Or does it do well on brand new sentences made according to the Winograd scheme?

I have a Reolink doorbell. PoE or wired power, SD card local storage, onvif and rtsp support. There’s a cloud (no subscription) but you can disable it if you want. I run it fully local with Home Assistant and Frigate NVR. Works like a charm.

I use it on my instruments. Greasing the cork connectors on my clarinet and lubricating the tuning slide on my trumpet.

Rock and Stone to the bone!

I’d say the protest did work. A lot of good users and mods left Reddit, the admins massively overplayed their hand and showed their true colors, probably hurting their IPO, the fediverse got enough of an influx of users to get a good kickstart and the next migration wave is just around the corner.

I’m not sure subbing to beehaw communities is smart right now. You have a kbin.social account and beehaw is still federated with kbin, but beehaw defederated a bunch of other large instances because they have open signup. Kbin has open signup too, so it’s only a matter of time before they defeferate kbin too
