I have used a GTX1080 for years. There have been minor issues under Wayland but it worked pretty much flawless with Xorg. Just set up the proprietary Nvidia drivers and you’re good to go. The only thing to keep in mind is your temps, because the drivers (still) do not support dynamic down-clocking and so you’re sitting at the highest clock rate by default.

NOLF is stuck in license limbo as far as I know. You can get it here for free: http://nolfrevival.tk/

Yup, this is giving me Duke Nukem Forever vibes. I hope I’m wrong though.

That is almost the same as my setup. I’ve got a 1TB SSD as a boot device, a 500 GB SSD for games and a 5TB disk for everything else.

Same here, I feel like I’m missing a lot of context.

I kinda hope they go back to a more gritty and realistic theme like they had going on with FC2. I wouldn’t mind a Blood Dragon sequel though, I feel like there’s a lot of potential.

Would you even care if you’re dead anyway? Maybe some far descendant can stumble across my posts and put them in his family history folder.

I sometimes answer with “Come in please” when I know who’s calling. Never stops irritating people lol.

I knew this was going to be good as soon as I saw the NSFW label.

You start out as a taxi driver but end up as a major player in a conflict between two warring pizza restaurants.

I’ve bought the N2 Pro from Vantrue a couple of years ago and I’ve been super happy with it. The quality is pretty good and it has actually capable night vision and parking surveillance. I’ve also bought one for my brother in law (who got into an accident just a month after) and one for my grandma. Not to sound like an ad, but these are definitely worth checking out even if it’s an older model.

Dredd (2012) would be somewhere at the top of my list. I don’t think there are too many movies nowadays that have such a classic “mission accomplished”-style ending.

You’re pretty spot on. It’s not much different from a human artist trying to copy his style by hand but without reproducing the actual drawings.

In Germany there is “Max Mustermann”, which basically translates to Max Template-man. It’s the default German name used for templates of official documents like passports and such.

I remember the mouse gestures, they were a really neat feature. I don’t think any other browser has had anything close to it since then.

KeepassXC with a browser plugin on the desktop and Keepass2Android on the smartphone. The password files are synced over my self-hosted Nextcloud and backed up to OneDrive. I couldn’t be happier with this setup.
