i’m trying desperately hard to like Haunting Ground for the PS2 (i’m a big horror game fan) but keep being interrupted from puzzles and exploration by each of the ‘stalker’ enemies. for context, they can’t be killed or gotten rid of permanently, you can only run and hide. it’s a shame because otherwise it’s a very fun and unique game.
in fairness the directions on the back of the tube still state you should use a pea sized amount. i feel like that’s not all that helpful though, peas come in lots of different sizes.
imo the purpose of those cheesy lines is more to break the ice and get your prospective partner to laugh and loosen up rather than to swoon them, sounds like it worked to me.
For me, university literally made me depressed. But I also met my partner online during that time. I enjoyed studying but this myth that college is the time when you’ll meet loads of friends, have tons of sex and wild parties, etc. Is very, very harmful
thanks for the link! it’s not quite the full experience i was looking for but it’s a step in the right direction and something i certainly hadn’t heard of before.
i’ve only seen reservoir dogs once but i feel like i need to rewatch it just to gain greater understanding of the whole situation. those are my favourite type of rewatch experiences.
yeah i haven’t watched his recent stuff but i’ve been a fan since the first demo friend episodes, it was the deadly premonition lp that really sold me though. i’ll also sometimes rewatch the life and times of bully demise to appreciate the craft of the storytelling lol
