Here’s the thing about “infinity.”

There are an infinite number of possibilities between 1 and 2. 1.01, 1.001, 1.0001, etc etc. None of those infinite possibilities is 3.


I have bowls. One near the front door for all the change in my pockets, another for keys and wallet.


Learn to cook the veggies right.

Some veggies taste better roasted. Experiment


Talk to her therapist. There might be support groups for those in your situation nearby.


Once you fall into a routine it will get easier.

First week is tough because you’re learning the job, plus learning the best ways to travel, where to buy stuff, etc.


I noted elsewhere that walking is our superpower. Back in the day humans would find a herd of grazers in the morning and throw rocks at them. Then the humans would pick one unlucky beast and follow it all day until ti was exhausted and then we’d kill it.

I’ve wanted someone to invent this for years.

It looks like a blank book. Pages feel and smell like paper. Insert a disc and text appears on the pages. Any book you want with the feel of a book and the convenience of an e-reader.






The idea is briefly mentioned in the book “Double Star” by Robert Heinlein. He doesn’t provide an actual constitution.

Governors and mayors would still run the local area, but the national laws would be passed by a legislature composed of people all elected ‘at large.’

The Congressmember from Texas has no power in his state. He can’t force anyone to do something. They can go to Washington and vote for a law that’s enforced by the police.
