I got this.

Ready Player One.

The movie was a pretty entertaining Sci film that took the overall concept/plot of the book and then did its thing.

The book was like a Sci fi incel fan fiction. Like an incel white night wet dream.

Reading the book first had me almost skip ever seeing the movie, but the movie wasn’t nearly so cringe.

Of course. Made in one of those cast iron flip waffle pans and cooked enough to be a bit crisp instead of soggy.

I mostly agree except I drive older vehicles out of warranty. Manuals last longer and are cheaper to fix so depending on what vehicle I’m buying I may look specifically for a manual if it’s a known “weak spot” for that particular vehicle.

Lol. If it was a cheap pre-built it could probably stand to have the thermal paste on the gpu and processor redone. Thermal grizzly paste is really good stuff, but it’s also like $25. There’s plenty that are almost as good for half the money. Then also blow out all the fins with canned air. If your rig came with a short 2060 instead of a long one you’re pretty much destined to hear that fan no matter what, though. Can’t be louder than my kids PS4 right now.

How do you even have a system that could run BG3 but has just a 500GB storage drive?

Here is a fantastic Google doc chart of good laptops and everything you would want to know about them that have an apu that is good for gaming without needing a dedicated gpu.

I would recommend the Acer Swift Edge 16, as it does pop up for $1,000 on sales, acer generally makes good laptops and don’t have scummy things secretly baked in like Lenovo, has amd RDNA 3 apu for running stuff, and for future gaming while running Linux my gut says AMD apu will be better than Intel because Steam Deck and most certainly the future steam deck 2 use Linux with amd apu, so I think driver optimization under Linux or used alongside Wine will favor AMD.

It’s easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission.
