Seems like Lucia’s ass has piqued more interest than anything else in the trailers so far.

I never liked the Twitter format. Even as Mastodon, it just doesn’t appeal to me at all.

When someone offers 100 and it ends up being the best offer

It’s not a corporate owned shithole. There are several other reasons, but that alone should be sufficient.

I kicked another kid in the face, pulled a girls hair, pissed on someone’s car, threw stones at windows, stole other kids toys, all before the age of 8.

All bad things that I now know were wrong. But I was a child. As were you, so it’s nothing to worry about if you recognise your wrongdoings.

Yoke. An extremely versatile Irish word. Used to mean drugs, ecstacy tablets in particular (a bag of yokes). It has evolved over time to refer to pretty much anything.

I’d probably laugh at someone who tried to blackmail me with pictures of my dick. I’m a guy, it can’t ruin my life lmao

In Northern Ireland (Belfast especially), we sometimes say “bout ye?” as a greeting. It’s just “what about you?” but actually meaning “how are you?”

Often it’s just used as an alternative to “hello” or “hi”, and you’re not actually asking the person how they are.

I think we all need to learn to be okay with having less content. Makes the platform less addictive and makes us less prone to doom scrolling I think.

Have you ever had sex completely ruined by something going on outside the room or the building? What was it?
For me it was the kid next door screaming at her mum. Went soft as a wet noodle.

City and Colour. Dallas is an incredible musician, and his band complimented him so well.

That’s actually a pretty good idea, never thought of that.

It’s so much better since they updated the (IMO) ugly, dated UI design. It looks nice and fresh now. Bitwarden is the MVP.

How do I break a fizzy drink addiction?
I've realised that I'm a little too fond of fizzy drinks. It's not a severe addiction to the point of downing gallons, but I am drinking a 330ml can of Pepsi Max almost every day. Sometimes a little more.

You’ve said exactly what I was thinking. The idea behind the body text was to avoid every comment being about climate catastrophe, which would be a bit boring because we’re all well aware of what’s going on.

What do you think life will be like in the year 2100?
For the sake of the question, let's just assume that no apocalyptic event happens that wipes out the human race.

Yes. The Donetsk and Luhansk separatist republics were created by pro-Russian Ukranians with Moscow’s backing. Russia officially annexed them in 2022.

It’s all a bit complicated though. You have ethnic Russians who consider themselves Russian despite being born within the borders of what we known as Ukraine. You also have many who were born in Soviet Ukraine prior to the collapse of the USSR in 1991 who still feel an affinity for Russia. And pro-Russian politics have existed for as long as independent Ukraine has.

My guess is that even if the war ended today and the borders returned to the pre-2014 borders, there would still be a pro-Russian insurgency in eastern Ukraine for a very long time.
