At the top menu bar there should be
Create Community
button or you can go to the direct link. If you don’t see it then you instance has probably disabled the functionality.Right now I’m on lemmy.ml, I just created the account a few hours ago
If your instance blocks it, it may be the case they allow community creation through a more curated process. Look for any meta-community (i.e one about the instance itself) and see if there’s any info on it.
.ml disabled community creation. There isn’t much you can do except creating an account at a different instance (and creating your community there)
