What about subscribing to top via RSS?
Would be possible to create something like that with the api, it would have to fetch the top (hot) stories daily and send out emails. Would you want to have it only be the hot stuff from communities you have subscribed to?
Yes thats the way reddit is doing it at the moment. You get 5 top(hot) posts and a linkt to your subscribed feed :)
I was not aware (guess it happens when one’s personal goal is to protect their email inbox of all recurring spam haha).
