Sounds like you’re good? Maybe “C” is considered as the whole class of Cs: C+, C and C-

The real answer is “ask your advisor.” We can’t know all your uni’s silly rules, but they should.

Definitely ask your advisor, but also, depending on your school, those credits may count towards your degree but cannot be used as a pre-requisite for another course.

This is because the class requirement don’t include the minus and plus. You got in the C range not the D range so you are all good.

Might want to reread some info on the grades maybe.

When I was in college, a C- still meant you passed the class, but you didn’t pass well enough for it to count as a prerequisite toward another class.

So if you finish, I dunno, CHEM 1210 with a C- you’ll still get the credits, but if you needed that for CHEM 2210, you will need to retake 1210 to get at least a C to qualify those credits as their prereqs for 2210.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Yes I just emailed my advisor and that’s what happened to me. It truly sucks. I see on social media where some of my classmates that I graduated with in high school graduated college this spring. They got their bachelors and are moving on. I feel left behind because now I have to wait until the fall.

Ah this sucks. Would your advisor or the registrar know if they would accept credits for these courses from another school… and if there are any summer programs available… so that you wouldn’t have to wait until fall semester?

I don’t know.
