IANAL but my attorney once told me he witnessed a guy defending himself in court for involuntary manslaughter saying “I didn’t see the red light because I was drunk.”

I know a person from my town that defended himself for murder and refused a lawyer because “they weren’t there, how could they know what happened!?” He didn’t get a lite sentence.

That’s basically just proving the “Involuntary” part.

LOL exactly! Why drive drunk in the first place?

Here’s a better question:

Scientists. . how many laws have been gazetted that completely ignore or contradict actual science?

I’m not even a scientist but I know that it’s A LOT, I don’t think it would be easy to get an actual number
