I would like to

gradually get away from my old legacy email address and have my own present day chosen and preferred provider.

To do this, I can reroute one email sender per day to the new one or unsubscribe from their list

Flexibility and Mobility by doing daily stretches before going to bed.

I’m down fifty pounds. My mobility and flexibility are steadily improving, as is my strength. And best of all, I have cured my prediabetes, and very possibly my fatty liver disease.

declutter by getting rid of one item in each of several seperate areas that have stuff I could get rid of

How many things are you learning per day as an adult. As a kid in school, how many subjects were you learning at the same time. Just saying structured multitasking is something most of us stop doing.
