“Theresa’s Sound World” by Sonic Youth is the first to come to mind. The whole of Daydream Nation could probably count, honestly.
“Everything in its Right Place” by Radiohead (edit: idiot autocorrect) is another one I’ve often taken an audio bath in. Much of that album works too. I just hate the final song.
The entirety of MBV’s Loveless. Like, damn, turn that shit up and let it take you away.

Weightless by Marconi Union if you want something relaxing, and anything by Alon Mor for some more exciting, incredibly sound designed music.
Sunn O)))
Black Boned Angel
Nurse with Wound
Killer Moses, by Killer Moses
Reflection by 아버지, listening to it is like having your mind defragged.
This one always has a strong effect on me
You’ve been foiled by the link preview
I figured apps might have a preview… on Discord you can disable it but I don’t think I can on here
Geotic “Realms” Tim Hecker “No Highs”
The entire Haunted album by Poe.
