It would be profitable, but then you need to have allocate the manpower, repurpose or aquire property to house them, get food for them, and implement the infrastructure to transport them. Then they would also probably have to do some networking to even establish a buyer who is more specialized in an international scale, just because they are killers doesnβt mean they know child traffickers.
Death is probably preferable to enslavement; they would be physically, sexually, and mentally abused.
