Im usong Racoon on my android phone. Its looking great and so, but i would like to read lemmy on my desktop, but the web version, ive used, looks wierd, and cant go in darkmode. Any, still maintained clients or apps out there? I like darkmode, and a sharp look, and some personalisation features.

EDIT: thank you for the help, hope other new members of Lemmy laso could use my question. I Have now found what i was looking for :)

I only know two desktop apps on Linux, both of them are available on Flathub.

It looks like only Interstellar is still maintained, Lemonade last update was a year ago.

i just use web. phtn.app in the browser has a dark mode.

Yup. It seems increasingly like a lost cause, but I still resist the appification of the web.

Love photon. It is quite usabale as PWA too on Android, though I use Thunder instead.

i use the web version on both my phone on my computers; both on firefox.

what’s racoon?

Raccoon is the app i use on android, for Lemmy. When i go for the lemmy web, .ml its just dosnt look like a feed. Its just messed up i think. I need some like a feed.

on the web version, i switch it from posts to comments view and i get a feed of the comments as they’re made; that’s kinda feed like to me.

Everything people post, but the pictures are small og just not there. I just think its dosnt look so fancy :)

yeah, it seems like you got the basic settings going; you can make the pictures/videos bigger by changing the “Auto expand media” option in your user account settings. click on your username at the top and then click on settings and you’ll see it there.
