that was owned by a company that does it’s best to make the game pro-capitalist, lmao

i did debate with someone else in the room about that when i was drafting my comment, but i figured it had to be direct ownership, good point though.

From what i know vampires can enter a home if a inhabitant or owner gives explicit permission, in that case, since the warrant is permission from the government to enter a home, the vampire would only be able to if the home is government housing, since then the government would be the direct owner.

I’m actually looking at a similar job :)

Good luck though! I’ve heard that immigrating to france is pretty hard if you don’t have bloodright citizenship

ça c’est juste parce que tu ne sais pas en faire

Partly a cultural thing, i already speak french fluently and i like the culture in france more than the culture of Québec (canada’s french speaking province, where i live).

But also practical, i want to live in a walkable city and the only real option in Québec is almost as expensive as living in paris’ 19 arrondissements. I could find a nice place that’s less expensive to live in in france, at least, i hope.

edit: where are you moving from, actually?

live in canada rn, definitely gonna do the same.

The fact i already have citizenship from birthright helps

i feel like it’s a euphemism intended to make the transaction feel less costly for the person giving

the same way it’s easier to say “they’re gone” than “they’re dead” when you’re grieving, even though they mean the same thing given the context.

There doesnt seem to be a hard line, but at some point, yes. If i had to i’d put it i’d pur it once you get past the millions.

But theres also people who say it like people in english. It might be a regional thing.

Tell you what, i’ll ask around today and see what people say.

Definitely, in frech itd be un point trente-deux mégaoctets or 1.32mo

edit: forgot not everyone speaks french, the french version is one point thirty-two

i loved the first season intro but the second was so disappointing ):

fun fact! In french, the slang word for penis (bite) is feminine, so it’s la bite.

Makes total sense

What are some tech products that you want that you can't seem to find?
Stuff like a pretty case with slots for optical drives, a laptop with a shitton of ports and all-day battery life or anything else that seems to go against the trends. This thread is for complaining about how you can't find it and (maybe) finding it thanks to someone else.
